Family tree

This is a more advanced example and includes a template to let you build your family tree. It demonstrates how collections can refer to themselves plus how you can view the relationships between things.

A family tree involves 'family members' and the core to this design is a 'family member' collection. However what is a bit unusual here is that this collection refers to itself. Each family member has a father, mother and children. These are all still family members. The referencing is through the use of 'contexts' and these contexts are shown in brackets in the design.

To make your own tree simply download the template and start adding your family members.

TIP: You might find that you need to turn off the menu option 'View>Only show selected members' so that you can pick members from the full list that you have entered.
